My current hourly rate is $175 and most representation is based on this rate although alternative fee arrangements are possible in some cases. Specific fee agreements are agreed in writing prior to representation.

The firm generally charges a flat rate of $500 to set up a corporation or LLC (excluding expedited fees). Estate packages are generally $250 per person.
